MY SERVICES

I'm a mobile personal trainer.  This means I'm not affiliated to a gym and I train clients outdoors in parks or in their own homes/gardens, in the Croydon area.

Please see below for the various options I offer for training.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

If you'd like totally tailored training that's designed specifically for you, one-on-one training is ideal. We'll discuss your goals in detail at an initial, free consultation, either in person or on the phone/online. From that point, I'll design a programme for you that will be both motivating and enjoyable. I promise that you will never be bored and that you will start to feel fitter and healthier and excited to exercise.

Stretching Exercises

TRAIN WITH A FRIEND

I understand that you may be nervous to train alone so if you feel you'd like to train with a friend, I definitely encourage that. It can make a session all the more motivating and fun, and brings in a competitive edge, too! You don't have to be at the same fitness level; I can create a programme for each of you to ensure that you both get the maximum benefit out of every session.

GROUP SESSIONS

If you prefer to train in a group, bootcamp style, join one of my 45 minute training sessions. There are two different classes; one for those who have less experience of exercise or are coming back to exercise after a break, while the other is for more hardened bootcampers. Please enquire if you'd like more information.
